The App does not work during the registration phase.
I go in person, having to be absent from work, I ask what option I have to make arrangements online, the receptionist directs me to the phone! where no one answers, and no one returns the calls that are left on the answering machine following your instructions and promise to call.

Is there someone in charge to oversee this inefficiency??
You can refrain from the automatic response you make to complaints, the App and web gives an error and does NOT work.
After losing an hour from work, 40 minutes of travel, 10 minutes looking for parking, 1'5€ from the parking meter and 1 hour of waiting, I make the 45-minute journey home again without visiting myself by mistake when giving me the number SIMPLY EMBARRASSING.
Nobody answers the phone. But what service is this?

If we call to make an appointment it is because neither the app nor the website can do it. You call and they don't pick up... and it's not because there are people but because they don't feel like it. Knock from the door and you will see it.

Shameful!!! They don't pick up the phone. A disc tells you that all the agents are busy, call when you call and wait as long as you want.
